CUUR® contains 570 mg of EGCG – a key component found in green tea (per 3 capsules). This amount of EGCG is equivalent to 14 (5 oz) cups of brewed green tea. Are there any stimulants in CUUR® that will give me jitters or keep me up at night? CUUR® contains approximately 50 mg of caffeine per capsule (150 mg per day), which is naturally found in our green tea extract. A daily serving of CUUR® (3 capsules) contains the equivalent of approximately 1 (6 oz) to 1-1/2 cups of coffee. Individuals sensitive to caffeine should not to take CUUR® before going to bed.
